• Original, unique, informative. Would liked to have given five stars, was tempted to give three. This otherwise excellent undertaking could - and should - have been 450 pages, not 650-plus. Cannot fathom why there is no bibliography. Skip chapter one, reader, which is worth a footnote at best.
