  • The author is on point for this book. Straightforward with practical tips that can make a difference immediately. It’s written it such a simple, easy to follow way too. Keeping a distraction log has helped me comprehend what things are hurting my focus. As Daniel Walter suggested, I recorded the tasks in which I was involved and then listed all the reasons, time, places and causes of my distractions. And Oh my goodness! I have a lot of work to do, but after reading 10 minute focus, I have a plan to make smart goals and follow them in order to get things done! Great investment.

I would have liked a little more background information on some topics, but then again I can research further on my own. As it is some sections will feel lackluster based on the reader’s experience level.

    I found multiple ideas in the book, which have significantly improved my ability to focus and perform demanding tasks better. That’s all the reason I really require to recommend this book.
